I am a 23-year-old graphic designer from Baltimore, Maryland, with strong familial ties to Queens and Brooklyn, New York. Growing up, I spent a significant amount of time in New York, and Queens has always felt like a second home to me. My childhood was marked by an insatiable curiosity and a passion for absorbing everything that intrigued me. At just 10 years old, I taught myself how to edit YouTube videos and create thumbnails for my gaming channel dedicated to NBA 2K15. During my early teenage years, I was quite timid and reserved, but discovering the creative collective OFWGKTA around the ages of 11-12 sparked a change in me. This newfound inspiration slowly led me to dive into the world of creation, laying the foundation for my future in graphic design.
My journey into graphic design began at the young age of seven, where my interest in visuals took root. By the time I was 15, I created my first cover art, and it was at 17 that I truly committed to pursuing graphic design as a serious career. Influenced by my upbringing during the real "Y2K" era and by people raised in the 1990s and earlier, my artistic style is a blend of intense colors and textures, interspersed with moments of simplicity. This dynamic approach allows me to adapt and evolve my creations continuously. My artistic sensibilities are also shaped by my deep love for hip hop, with favorite artists including Nas, Lil Wayne, 50 Cent, Big Pun, Pop Smoke, A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Max B, and many more. This wide-ranging musical taste enhances my ability to create diverse and compelling visual art.
Aside from my passion for graphic design, I harbor a secret love for boxing and the X-Games, which subtly influences my creative process. My work is characterized by a broad sense of artistry, influenced by various cultural and personal experiences. Over the years, my dedication to graphic design has led to collaborations with notable rappers such as Jay Critch, Bali Baby, Bandhunta Izzy, Pyrex Whippa, ATL Jacob, and Kaliii. The recognition from prominent figures like Brandon Ingram, G Herbo, and Sexyy Red further validates my commitment to excellence. Embracing my dual roots in Baltimore and New York, I strive to infuse my work with the unique influences from both places, constantly pushing the boundaries of my creativity while staying true to my passion for impactful visual art.
